Eagle Institute successfully organised a Walk-In Interview for Paramedical Students, creating a valuable platform for students to step closer to their professional careers.
The interview was conducted in the presence of esteemed representatives from UMC Hospital (Platinum Hospital), including the OT Head and the HR Head. Their presence added great value and authenticity to the event.
Students were assessed not only for their technical knowledge but also for their confidence, communication skills, and professional attitude. The interaction between the hospital panel and students was highly motivating and informative.
Both the OT Head and HR Head encouraged the students, guided them about industry expectations, and shared practical insights from real hospital environments. Their words boosted students’ confidence and inspired them to perform better in their careers.
The walk-in interview turned out to be an excellent learning experience for students as well as staff. Such initiatives reflect Eagle Institute’s commitment to bridging the gap between education and employment in the healthcare sector.
Eagle Institute will continue to organise more career-oriented activities to support and guide students towards a successful future in the paramedical field.
