Malan V. Abnave — A Leader Dedicated to Building Healthcare Professionals
Malan V. Abnave, the Founder and Director of Eagle Institute, has over 16 years of experience in the healthcare education sector. His journey is built on commitment, discipline, and a deep understanding of what the healthcare industry truly needs — skilled, confident, and compassionate paramedical professionals.
Before establishing Eagle Institute, he served as the Branch Head of a reputed healthcare institute, where he gained extensive knowledge about student development, training standards, and hospital requirements. His experience shaped his vision to create an institute that focuses not only on education but on career transformation.
A Vision With Purpose
During the COVID-19 pandemic, he witnessed the shortage of trained paramedical staff and the pressure on the healthcare sector. This became a turning point, inspiring him to create an institute that strengthens the nation’s medical workforce and provides students with meaningful career opportunities.
