Refund & Return Policy
1️⃣ Admission / Course Fee Refund Policy
Once a student completes the admission process and pays the fees, the institute allocates:
✔ Study materials
✔ Classroom & lab resources
✔ Administrative arrangements
✔ Seat reservation in the program
➡ Because of this, course fees are non-refundable after admission is confirmed.
2️⃣ Exceptions (Refund Allowed Only in These Cases)
Refund will be processed only if:
✔ The institute cancels or discontinues a course
✔ Student pays fees but is not allotted a seat due to any internal issue
✔ Fees paid twice due to a technical error (after verification)
In these cases, the student must submit a written refund request along with valid proof.
3️⃣ No Refund Under These Conditions
Refund will NOT be provided if:
✘ Student changes mind after admission
✘ Student wishes to switch course after registration
✘ Student fails to attend classes or drops out
✘ Admission is cancelled due to misconduct or violation of institute rules
✘ Transfer of admission to another student/institute
4️⃣ Installment Payment Terms
Fees paid in installments cannot be cancelled.
If a student leaves the course midway, pending installments must still be paid.
5️⃣ Processing Time
Approved refunds (in eligible cases) will be processed within:
🕘 7–14 working days
via bank transfer or original payment method.
